Pick to Plates – Abundant August (Come together to be inspired by seasonal local food)

This session focuses on what you can do with that abundance of vegetables in August. Transform courgettes into caramelised delights, turn tomatoes into tasty touches and find ways to include cucumbers in courses

Be inspired by the cooking of Kate Forrester (a former private chef who now grows amazing ingredients at Four Acre Farm) and taste how these seasonal ingredients can become amazing tasty meals. Come along to join us not only to find out more but also to enjoy the meal that is produced.
