Sharing sewing skills to help people reuse and upcycle pre-loved fabrics. Ever wanted to be more confident with a sewing machine? Inherited a sewing machine and wondering what to do with it? Our beginners’ workshops (Part 1) run once a month for 5 months, giving the opportunity to learn how to make bunting, aprons, reusable face wipes and how to put a zip in.
Around 100 people have completed our beginner’s workshops and many go on to join a Part 2 where we look at making simple clothes, household items and alterations or come to our sew alongs where you can bring your own projects
